Product Overview
Hubei Changjiang Electric's KYN61-40.5 type armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is an air-insulated switchgear certified by type tests. It is mainly suitable for 40.5kV, three-phase AC 50/60Hz power systems, used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as controlling, protecting and monitoring circuits.
Key Advantages
High reliability & safety design: Complies with IEC62271-200 and GB3906 standards. Features reliable "five-prevention" interlocking functions (prevents incorrect opening/closing of circuit breaker, prevents opening/closing of disconnector under load, prevents closing of earthing switch when live, prevents sending power when earthing switch is closed, prevents accidental entry into live compartments). All operations can be performed with the door closed, ensuring personnel safety.
Modularity & flexibility: The circuit breaker adopts a withdrawable floor-mounted structure, equipped with a new type of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker. It offers good interchangeability, facilitating rapid inspection and replacement, significantly shortening power outage time.
Robust structure & durability: The cabinet is assembled using aluzinc steel sheet and cold-rolled steel plate with powder coating, providing high structural strength. The cable compartment is spacious, allowing multiple cables to be connected. The grounding system is safe and reliable.
Strong environmental adaptability: The enclosure protection rating reaches IP4X. When the circuit breaker compartment door is open and between compartments, the protection rating is IP2X, effectively preventing ingress of solid foreign objects. Heaters can be installed in the circuit breaker and cable compartments as needed to prevent condensation and corrosion.
