The GCK series low voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the "Switchgear") consists of two main sections: the Power Center (PC) and the Motor Control Center (MCC). It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users as an AC 50Hz power distribution system with a maximum working voltage of 660V and a maximum working current of 3150A. It serves the purpose of power conversion, distribution, and control for power distribution, motor control, lighting, and other power equipment. This product has been successfully applied in major infrastructure projects including Wuhan Tianhe Airport Terminal 3 (T3) , demonstrating its reliable performance in demanding transportation hub environments.

The drawer units adopt a modular design with a 200mm modular height. Six size series are available: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 units, 2 units, 2.5 units, and 3 units. Each MCC cabinet can accommodate up to nine 1-unit drawers or eighteen 1/2-unit drawers, offering high circuit density and flexible configuration [. The drawer unit uses a rotary propulsion mechanism with three positions (connected, test, disconnected), making operation simple and reliable. Faulty units can be quickly replaced, significantly reducing power outage time.
High Breaking Capacity - Robust Short-Circuit Performance
The rated short-time withstand current (1 second) reaches up to 80kA, and the rated peak withstand current reaches up to 105kA, ensuring robust operation under fault conditions . The switchgear meets stringent short-circuit protection requirements for industrial applications.
Separate Compartments - Enhanced Safety
The cabinet frame is divided into three mutually isolated sections: busbar compartment, functional unit compartment, and cable compartment, which prevents fault propagation and allows maintenance without de-energizing other sections . Complete Mechanical Interlocking - Five-Prevention Safety
The compartment door is mechanically interlocked with the main switch operating mechanism. When the main switch is in the closed position, the drawer cannot be withdrawn . The interlocking mechanism includes an unlocking device, allowing authorized electricians to open the compartment door under energized conditions for inspection . The drawer features three-position operation (connected, test, disconnected) .
