Investment casting EGR,SCR Cooler Outlet component

This EGR investment casting is one of several critical components used in an exhaust gas re-circulation assembly called an "EGR Cooler Outlet" assembly. EGR assemblies are used in a variety of vehicles to reduce engine polluting emissions while improving and maintaining overall engine performance.

MF's fully complemented in-house Quality Department verifies parts to assure lot to lot quality is maintained. Additionally, samples from every lot are sent to an independent ISO17025 / NADCAP accredited test lab to certify material and other customer specifications. Radiography (X-ray) is also used to assure internal cast soundness is maintained allowing yet another level of manufacturing processes monitoring by us to further assure quality expectations and long term manufacturing/product integrity.
