Product Description

Product Introduction
The PK series microcomputer protection and monitoring panel is a comprehensive microcomputer-based protection and monitoring device designed for substations and distribution stations with voltage levels of 35kV and below. It integrates functions such as protection, measurement, control, communication, and fault recording. The product utilizes advanced 32-bit DSP digital signal processors and high-speed network communication technology to provide intelligent, networked measurement, protection, and control functions for various high-voltage equipment within the station (including incoming lines, outgoing lines, transformers, capacitors, motors, etc.). At the same time, it enables real-time communication with superior master stations (dispatch centers, background monitoring systems) to achieve comprehensive automation of the substation or distribution station, meeting the requirements for unattended or minimally attended operation.

Application Scenarios
The PK series microcomputer protection and monitoring panel is widely used in comprehensive automation systems for substations and distribution stations with voltage levels of 35kV and below, providing protection, monitoring, control, and communication functions for high-voltage equipment within the station. It is suitable for both newly built stations and intelligent retrofitting of older stations.
1. Power System Substations
Suitable for regional substations, switching stations, and switching substations at voltage levels of 35kV, 10kV, and 6kV. It provides overcurrent, instantaneous overcurrent, zero-sequence, overvoltage, and other protection functions for incoming lines, outgoing lines, bus couplers, capacitors, station transformers, and other equipment, while transmitting data in real-time to dispatch centers to achieve remote monitoring and unattended operation.

2. Power Plant Auxiliary Power Systems
Used in hydropower stations (such as the Nam Ngiep Hydropower Station in Laos), thermal power plants, and gas power plants for the protection and control of auxiliary transformers, high-voltage motors, auxiliary feeders, and other equipment. This product has been stably operating in overseas hydropower projects such as the Nam Ngiep Hydropower Station in Laos, demonstrating its ability to adapt to overseas grid conditions.

3. Industrial and Mining Enterprise Power Distribution Systems
In main step-down stations and workshop substations of large industrial enterprises such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, mining, cement, and papermaking, it provides reliable protection for transformers, high-voltage motors, and lines. It is particularly suitable for motor differential protection, overload protection, stall protection, and other functions to ensure continuous production.

4. Commercial and Civil Building Power Distribution
In 10kV/20kV/35kV user distribution stations of high-rise buildings, large shopping malls, hospitals, data centers, airports, and subways, it serves as protection and monitoring units for incoming lines, outgoing lines, and bus couplers to ensure power supply safety. It can be connected to background monitoring systems to achieve power monitoring and energy consumption management.

5. New Energy Power Stations
In step-up substations and collector lines of photovoltaic power stations and wind farms, it provides protection and monitoring functions for 35kV box-type transformers, collector lines, and grid-connected switches, meeting the automation system requirements of new energy power stations.

6. Overseas Engineering Projects
This product has been applied in infrastructure projects in countries along the "Belt and Road," such as the Nam Ngiep Hydropower Station in Laos, demonstrating its ability to adapt to overseas grid fluctuations and high-temperature, high-humidity environments, thus meeting the high reliability requirements of international projects for power equipment.
