Product Overview
The KYN28A-12 (also known as GZS1-12) armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a factory-assembled, type-tested indoor power distribution equipment. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with rated voltage of 3.6~12kV, and complies with GB3906, DL404, and IEC 62271-200 standards-.
This switchgear is designed for single busbar and single busbar sectionalized systems, primarily used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and municipal infrastructure for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits-. It is widely used in China State Grid projects, Foxconn, and other industrial facilities (as shown in the actual application image).

Fully Metal-clad & Enclosed Safety Design
The cabinet is constructed from high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, processed by high-precision CNC equipment, and assembled with a modular structure. The enclosure protection rating reaches IP4X, and the protection rating between compartments (or when the circuit breaker compartment door is open) is IP2X, effectively ensuring personnel safety and reliable equipment operation-.
Complete "Five-prevention" Interlocking System
The switchgear is equipped with a comprehensive five-prevention interlocking system to prevent misoperations, including preventing moving of trolleys under load, preventing incorrect opening/closing of circuit breakers, preventing closing of earthing switch when live, preventing power transmission when earthing switch is in the closed position, and preventing accidental entry into live compartments. All switch operations can be performed with the high-voltage compartment door closed-.
Withdrawable Truck Design for Easy Maintenance
The circuit breaker adopts a withdrawable floor-mounted (middle-mounted) structure, equipped with VS1 series vacuum circuit breaker or other internationally compatible types. It offers excellent interchangeability, with smooth and labor-saving movement inside the cabinet, facilitating rapid inspection and replacement, significantly shortening power outage time. The withdrawable parts and earthing switch have a mechanical operation life of ≥3,000 cycles, while the circuit breaker boasts a mechanical life of ≥10,000 cycles.
Spacious Cable Compartment
The cable compartment offers ample space, with cable hanging height meeting standard requirements, allowing connection of multiple cables and facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
Flexible Configuration Options
The switchgear can be equipped with various combinations of circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, current transformers, voltage transformers, and surge arresters. Different functional units are available, including incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, metering cabinets, PT cabinets, and tie cabinets, to meet diverse user requirements.
