Product Overview
Nuodian CR Series large and medium-sized air-cooled/heat pump precision air conditioners are specifically designed to ensure high-precision temperature and humidity environments. This series adopts a modular structure, allowing different cooling capacities to be achieved through various module combinations. The cooling capacity covers a wide range from 25kW to 100kW, with reversible cooling/heating capability and eco-friendly R410a refrigerant.
The units feature modular design, reducing the floor space occupied in the data center. Modules can be transported separately, reducing handling difficulty and avoiding quality risks associated with on-site assembly of individual components.
The CR series precision air conditioners offer multiple air supply methods, including overhead ducted supply, overhead plenum supply, underfloor supply, and EC fan downflow supply. Depending on site conditions, models are available as cooling only, heating only, humidification only, or constant temperature and humidity.

Evaporator

• Each refrigeration system uses two evaporators, ensuring uniform airflow across the evaporator surface.

Scroll Compressor

• Uses chilled plate scroll compressor with stable design for high reliability and durability, delivering low noise, low vibration, and high energy efficiency throughout operation.
• Fewer moving parts in the scroll compressor results in lower noise and vibration. The compression process is continuous and smooth. The scroll compressor has no high/low pressure valves, reducing valve losses, preventing liquid slugging, and offering low starting current.
• Equipped with high/low pressure protection for safer operation.

Throttling Device

• Two options available: thermal expansion valve or electronic expansion valve.
• Fast adjustment response, precise flow control, ensuring stable operation under various environmental conditions.

Outdoor Unit Configuration

• Outdoor condenser uses copper tubes with aluminum fins, providing large heat dissipation area, reduced air resistance, and fewer maintenance cycles.
• Outdoor unit features stainless steel housing, adaptable to various harsh environments.
• Outdoor unit uses high-efficiency axial fans (Germany Ziehl-Abegg brand) with Japan Miyama brand fan controller. Stepless speed adjustment based on refrigeration system pressure ensures stable operation over a wide temperature range.

EC Fan

• Uses aviation composite corrosion-resistant blades - lightweight, high efficiency, low energy consumption.
